Jacquie Roar may have been in danger of going home on NBC's "The Voice," but she returned with a lion's growl.
The Team Reba singer, who won last week's Instant Save vote, kicked off the first half of the Season 24 finale Monday night with a powerhouse rendition of Boston's "More Than a Feeling." Roar wowed coaches Niall Horan, John Legend, Gwen Stefani and Reba McEntire with her soaring vocals and rock 'n' roll swagger.
"That was incredible," Stefani said. "I feel like every time that you get the love and you get that validation, you just keep getting better and better."
Roar's lively performance checked all the boxes for her coach McEntire.
"You know that old saying 'Go big or go home'? Girl, you went big," McEntire said. "Way to go. I'm so happy for you."

Team Niall singer Mara Justine slowed things down with a haunting cover of the Adele ballad "Turning Tables."
"I really hope that when America goes to vote that they don't forget this moment 'cause that was a big, big 'Voice' moment in my head," Horan said. "I'm so proud of you. You're an incredible singer, an incredible person and I hope you go on to win this thing."
Justine also made former coach Legend eat his heart out. Legend lost the New Jersey vocalist after Horan stole her during the Knockouts round.
"So many regrets over here," Legend said, calling Justine's performance "striking" and "beautiful." "I love seeing another side of you. You're just showing us everything. I'm so impressed."
Niall Horan calls Lila Forde one of his 'favorite singer-songwriters on the planet'
Team Legend's Lila Forde dazzled the coaches with her dreamy performance of "Across the Universe" by The Beatles.
"This was heavenly. It was cinematic. It was transcendent," Legend told Forde. "It was exactly the last thing America needs to hear from you before they vote because this was so you."
Forde's bold individuality has earned the Seattle vocalist a mega-fan in Horan.
"The hardest thing in music to do is completely be yourself, and all you do constantly in a competition full of acrobats is just be completely yourself, and you're one of my favorite singer-songwriters on the planet right now," Horan said. "You're so true to yourself every single time you get up and sing. You move me every time I hear you sing, and you're doing that to households across America right now."
Gwen Stefani calls Ruby Leigh 'mesmerizing' with Eagles cover
Team Reba singer Ruby Leigh delivered an emotional performance of "Desperado" by the Eagles, stunning with her soulful tone and precocious vocal prowess.
"That was so perfect and beautiful," Stefani said. "And it's just mesmerizing that you’re 16 and you can sing like that. You just channel so well (with) the intention of the song, and you’re so tasteful with your voice."
McEntire was on the same page as Stefani, praising the teen vocalist for her maturity as a performer.
"You know what you can do, and you do it so well," McEntire said. "Not many people can do that."
John Legend says Huntley's star quality is 'beyond this show'
Team Niall's Huntley closed the finale with a rockin' dose of late-'90s nostalgia, performing an anthemic rendition of "Higher" by Creed.
"We're not going to have a studio roof next season. It's just been blown off,” Horan joked. "That was just euphoric out there."
Huntley’s electrifying stage presence also had Legend on cloud nine.
"I've been saying this since the beginning: It feels like you're beyond this show," Legend said. "I feel like when I’m watching you, I’m watching somebody who’s already playing arenas. … You are such a pro, such a star up there."
